Thomas Rückert - piano

Thomas lives nearby cologne in germany and studied at the local conservatory with john taylor and rainer brüninghaus.

during the study I´ve visited india ( there the titles of my tunes are coming from), africa and of course new york to study the local music.

in autumn / winter 1999 I lived in manhattan working as a freelance musician.

with my trio(s) I played at several jazzfestivals and had some tv productions and several radio broadcastings.

as a sideman I´ve toured through europe, playing with a lot of different bands so with Lee Konitz ,Mark Murphy, Ack van Royen, Adam Nussbaum and many more.

Robert toured through Südkorea, China, Sweden, Bulgaria, Albania, Rumania, Middleamerica, France, Belgium .... and played with Charlie Mariano, Dave Horler, Jiggs Wigham, John Taylor, Mike Richmond, John Schröder, Peter Herbolzheimer, Paul Heller, Hiram Bullock, Phil Woods, John Hollenbeck, John Ruocco,

 

Jonas Burgwinkel -drums

Jonas studied in Bosten and toured through USA, Australia, Spain, France, Poland, Italy and more.

 

 

Matthias Pichler - double bass

lives in vienna, won the Hans-Koller price, played with Mark Copland, Wolfgang Muthspiel and many more

 

Jochen Rückert - drums

he is member of the marc copland trio - a player which I admire very much and worked with kevin hayes, also mark turner and kurt rosenwinkel, chris cheek and seamus blake. he recorded his cd "introduction" with chris potter,haydn chisholm,kurt rosenwinkel, and johannes weidenmüller.

he worked with brad mehldau, peter bernstein, brian blade, jeff ballard, kurt rosenwinkel. mark turner e.g.. his cd"the unquiet" is released on fresh sound new talent.
